These terms govern your access to Wyvern software, licenses, and related services.

agreement

By accessing or using Wyvern, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, share, resell, or redistribute Wyvern software or your license.

You may not bypass security or authentication, interfere with other users, scrape the platform, or use the service for illegal or malicious purposes.

your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your license confidential and for all activity performed under it.

You must comply with applicable laws and must not use Wyvern in violation of third-party rights.

availability

The service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Wyvern is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for third-party content and services.

Refunds are handled case by case at the seller’s discretion. Chargebacks may result in immediate account or license termination.

termination

We may terminate or suspend a key immediately for a breach of these terms or conduct that puts the service or its users at risk.
